CAMP CHOICES:

REGULAR DAY CAMPS
It's our '25th Anniversary' and we're
celebrating by giving all '2009 Returning Campers' a SPECIAL GIFT!
You'll
save
$25.00 off the camp tuition
when you sign up 'on-line'.
Regular Day Camps are offered to
children ages 8-12. (Some 7
year olds may attend. Call
the camp office for details.) Regardless of past youth league playing
experience, this program is a good place to start your young baseball player.
Three to four former Major League players attend each camp and spend the entire day in
uniform with the campers. Instruction includes establishing solid basic
fundamentals in: hitting, fielding, throwing & pitching, base running, bunting,
team defense, and sportsmanship & team work. This camp also includes many
fun activities, i.e., Baseball Olympics, Team Spirit competitions, 5-man team
events, etc. Teaming is done by date of birth to ensure that youngsters
are placed with their peer groups.
The camp will endeavor to team campers
with their friends (if possible), as indicated on their application.

ADVANCED TRAINING CAMPS (ATC's)

It's our '25th Anniversary' and we're
celebrating by giving all '2009 Returning Campers' a SPECIAL GIFT!
You'll
save
$25.00 off the camp tuition
when you sign up 'on-line'.
Advanced Training Camps (ATC's) are
only for 11 & 12 year old baseball players who are serious about their baseball development
and desire additional, advanced hardball training beyond the Regular Day Camp
curriculum. (Some 10
& 13 year old players may be admitted.
Call the camp office for details regarding an 'ATC Clearance'.) Enrollment at the ATC is kept
small and usually limited to no more than 26 players. Each camp's
director will determine the exact curriculum and daily schedule but a typical
day will include full-scale competitive games, and more intensive instruction
during baseball clinics.
Drills will concentrate on specific individual skills, i.e. baseball pitching, hitting, fielding, etc. There is no pre-camp teaming in this program
as the
camp director will team participants according to their various skill levels.
